  • As Sr. Marketing Manager in an industrial B2B distribution company, I was the PM of a wide-reaching effort to raise online visibility and introduce eCommerce. With stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations and IT, this project included creation of the company’s first digital catalog, creation and optimization of 350+ pages of expert content, and refinement of key business practices to enable eCommerce and ensure a seamless online/offline customer experience. Within 12 months of launch, site traffic and web lead generation had exceeded expectations.

  • As an Account Manager at a digital agency I managed several of their largest accounts, comprising 35% of annual revenue. I was responsible for all aspects of project management and the client relationship. This included business development, stakeholder communication, and managing deliverables, resources and timeline. I managed cross-functional and cross-organizational teams to determine content strategy, facilitate design review, document technical specifications, and develop, test and launch new sites.

  • The IT Department of Travel & Transportation company had engaged a digital agency to automate their invoice request process. They engaged me to conduct a thorough analysis of the current process, documenting typical scenarios, pain points, opportunities for efficiency, integration with other business processes and compliance requirements. Working with an internal Analyst and a broad range of process stakeholders, I documented a detailed workflow analysis. I then supported the client team as they reviewed key findings with the developer team.

  • As Project Manager for a decentralized family of B2B companies, I led a cross-organizational team to launch a company Intranet. Partnering with sponsors in HR and IT, I guided a team of in-house designers and developers to align site design and content strategy with company engagement goals. I established a team of content providers across the organization and managed the internal communication strategy to support the rollout. Within six months of launch, 75% of employees were engaged with the new site.

  • As Sr. Marketing Manager in an industrial B2B distribution company, I was responsible for integrating data, processes and reporting across our technology stack. This included ERP (SAP), Content Management (Kentico, WordPress) and Marketing Automation (MailChimp, SurveyMonkey). I developed guidelines for normalizing Marketing data across disparate systems and aligned Sales, Marketing and IT departments in key areas of data strategy.

  • I was engaged by a CRM consultancy to create and manage a user training program, supporting a custom SAP implementation at a large public utility in the Czech Republic. Managing a local team of four first-time trainers, I was responsible for curriculum development, onsite classroom training logistics and train-the-trainer.

  • A fintech company engaged me to create content to build their brand and generate leads for their software and consulting services. I delivered competitive research to identify critical messaging and key points of differentiation; produced webinar content and graphics to promote best practices and highlight product benefits; and wrote web copy for several landing pages.

  • As Marketing Analytics Manager in a digital agency, I established KPI reporting across integrated campaigns for a national CPG Brand. Working with brand managers, we identified conversion goals, implemented Google Analytics tagging, and established meaningful reporting metrics.
